I understand that mistakes can be made, but instead of trying to fix the problem,than rather chosing to ignore the customer is unprofessional. They still haven't contacted me, so I'm now out of pocket with a part I didn't order, and have the hassle of this to deal with

Created a label so I don't cancel changed the status to dispatched and I have been waiting for 10 days for the delivery. I sent him messages and I got no response. It was urgent, he left my family without heat in December. He could have cancelled the action so I can buy from someone else . The item was ok, different from the photos, and well packed.

Works perfectly, unlike my last three relationships. Seller was so friendly I half expected a Christmas card.
