I requested to return them and the seller refunded my purchase apologizing for the inconvenience. They were very sincere and a great communicator. I received the cameras only 2 business days after placing the order and they were well packaged. Sadly, it didn't work out this time, but no fault of the seller. I would happily purchase from this seller again!

Shipping was quick and the packaging was excellent. Each clock was individually wrapped and protected. The clocks are as described and some of them are even runners. They will certainly need a service, but that was expected. These were bought as projects and knowing that two of them definitely run is a good head start. Excellent value.
