great film ,Ennio Morricone's music creates an atmosphere and takes you back to the late 1800's
In my humble opinion this is the best western ever made , Sergio Leone and Ennio Morricone really teach Hollywood how to make westerns , this western is good ,buy it ! You won't be disappointed

My opinion of Once Upon a Time In the West
The movie missing the famous scene. The camera rolled under Jill dress when she stepped off the train. The shooting scenes of the train when Frank came back afterward. Scenes of Harmonica got beat up by sheriff's. Other than that this movie to me is the best one in the 20th century. Sergio Leone is one in a million.

One of the Best Westerns.
One of the best Westerns, although the director tends to spend too much time, on closeups...as he did, in all the Spaghetti Westerns, that he became famous for. Saw the movie, on a DVR'ed showing, on Dish; however, it is so good, I bought the (fully restored) Blu-Ray, for our collection, and for the "extras". Also, a great sound track.

The direction was artistic - especially for a western
The opening scene when the bad guys are waiting at the train station is a classic. One has an annoying fly buzzing around him, another has dripping water on his head - all to the sound of a squeaking windmill.

A movie great with excellent commentaries
This is one of the best movies ever! Character development, suspense, camerawork, actors! And the commentaries provide insights that make the action even more meaningful.

Long Drawn Out & Miserable to the end!
Just did not even come close to my expectations! Lacking in every way! Best thing about this movie was THE END! Couldnt wait for it to be over!

Insane.
A very well-done movie that my father always said was one of his favorite movies of all time. I would recommend this movie to anyone that likes western movies and likes a good revenge story.
