Has enabled some very blissful sleep and rejuvenated my mattress with a renewed comfort and softness. The loop fasteners on corners need to be redesigned however, they slip off and I had to attach some wire to them and secure to underside frame. An elastic loop from left to right and underneath mattress, would work better.

Especially at bedtime, but ever since this was put on my bed I've had no pain at night. And I've been sleeping like a log. Wish I'd brought one of these years ago. I was so pleased that I brought my son and daughter one too, and I'm going to buy 1 for the spare room. These are amazing, it's like sleeping on a big fluffy Cloud.

- c***t (3505)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufBit disappointed with the customer service. they don't seem to care less about any problems. mattress topper arrived in a filthy ripped zipped holder which wasn't wrapped ( people I think use the zipper holder afterwards) with just the label stuck on that. when I told them about it their reply was 'what do you want us to do about it' I don't think its my place to tell them as they should have offered to replace the zipper bag. so would not use them again, and would definitely not recommend them.
