The seller took ages to respond and when they did they were rude nasty and unpleasant not to mention unprofessional. Telling me they have a shop called easy print Cornwall. I wonder if there customers know they are printing cheap goods and speaking to customers in this way. A simple apology and offer of refund would have been sufficient.
