  I was glad to receive the order quickly. It was packaged well, as described. Value: I was disappointed that the order did not include the harmony ball packaging (box & history card), which is why I offered a lower price 2 times. After being rejected twice, I decided to purchase at full price. I was pleased with the quality of the item.

  I want to start off by saying the shipping was extremely fast, the seller sent it out the same day I bought it. He was also very willing to negotiate a price with me and I believe I got a great deal. packaging was ok, it got the job done which at the end of the day is the goal. It came as pictured though I wish they would have used the description to add things you can't see in pictures, some of the joints had me skeptical but were easy to loosen and tighten. Overall happy with my purchase.
