I felt younger and had more energy listening to all these great songs...
First of all, I did not purchase this from outside of the USA. Sure, you can get it cheaper, but I wasn't willing to risk the quality. The packaging opens like a book to reveal the CD cases. The CDs are a little difficult to get out of the jewel cases at first, but that's better than having them rolling around loose in the cases. They do get easier to take out the more you use them. There is a lot of variety here from multiple tracks by well-known artists to great songs from artists that I can't recall having any other hits. The quality is very good and very enjoyable using headphones as most CD players do not have great speakers. Indeed...I was able to discern some lyrics that had escaped my recognition back in the day. These songs brought back a lot of good memories. I felt younger and more energetic just listening to them. There were only a couple of tracks I was not familiar with, but, if you're anything like me, you will be very pleased with this collection. By the way...the value is unbelievable as this item is available at a mere fraction of what Time-Life had offered it for!

Great Buy
Great bang for the buck. Buying the songs you like from this S & S Collection would easily cost over $100. I do not have to like every song on a box set to to buy it, but it must have mostly good songs and a few others will likely become favorites after multiple plays.

First ,11 discs ,why? there is only 45 minutes on each one. It could have been done on half that. Makes it look bigger than it is. The discs themselves are very low quality, I broke one in half just getting it out of the case. They feel cheap too, you can tell right away they are too thin and light and fragile.. The music is good , however , they ran it through something that takes some quality out and puts in a different EQ curve. They sound a bit different then what we all heard for all these years, like a copy of a copy. Great songs although, .many of the greatest are left off and there is crap on here. Great collection poorly done.

It is what it says it is
I wanted this waaaaay back when it came out in like 2012 but couldn't afford it. Always had it in the back of my mind but didn't think I would ever get a chance to get it after all these years, The minute I saw it on here I KNEW I HAD to get it!!! The person who had it took as good of care if these cd's as I do so they were in PERFECT shape! THRILLED!!!

fantastic Music!
Not a bad song on it, this was so good to hear, took me back a few years and there was some songs I had not heard for awhile . That i kind of forgot about, my wife and i was very happy with this purchase, highly recommend !

A quality product for all music lovers. Enjoy rediscovering forgotten titles. Well packaged, delivered on time, a good deal; financially. A better deal, emotionally. Great fun bringing up great memories. Sit back and enjoy a journey back, mentally. That journey...involving so many disks...will take some time; BUT; these days time is something that most of us have in abundance. Enjoy!

70's music collection
Great selection of music from the 70's which takes me back to the time when the music was really great to listen to. Comes in a nice box to store the cd's in. The price I bought them at was very reasonable.

Great buy!
this was a great buy & worth the money. it is easy listening & enjoyable. though there are a couple of discs that have defective songs on them. still a great buy!
