They proactively reached out to me to let me know they were following up on my shipment, as it seemed to be delayed in customs (not the seller’s fault at all, but I was so pleasantly surprised that they were actually keeping an eye on it and communicating to me about it before I even could think to reach out. Anyways, arrived in perfect condition and no extra charges. Will buy from them again.
