It's a great game
I had heard about the game Ticket to Ride before. It's of course a very popular game, so it didn't come as a huge surprise that it was amazingly fun! We have played it a lot since it arrived around a month ago, and I can't really think of any complaints. The game is simply awesome. Very easy to learn, too. I played it with my grandma and she managed to win against some players that had played before. That aside, I am very happy with the production quality of the set itself. The game comes with a nice, colored rulebook, which explains everything very well. The board itself is solid. There are 5 bags, which contain the individual train pieces and a 6th bag with some extra pieces, in case something goes missing. I would highly recommend this game to anyone. One small note: Being European I realized after the game arrived that the board itself takes place in North America. Not a huge deal or anything, but if I could make the purchase again, I would probably have chosen the European board. Just something to keep in mind. I think there's also an Asian board and a Scandinavian one.

Great way to refresh a much loved game
We've been playing Ticket to Ride as a family for years and thought it would be fun to try a new map (we knew all the journey cards in the Europe version so it was becoming a bit easy!). We've only tried the UK map so far and it's great, more challenging than the original so a great step up as our children are know young adults. It's also helping with our UK geography!

What a game.
Easy to set up and play. Instructions are clear. Game play is straight forward. It sounds a bit lame in the description but it's super fun, tactical and suitable for most ages. 8 up.

Brilliant game!
Excellent fun! I bought this having played it at a friend’s house. The board and pieces are of good quality. It is the full original board of the game with the US and Canada cities. Pieces come in bags which is the standard packaging (some special editions of the game have metal boxes but you can expect to pay a lot more for these and bags are completely sufficient) Thoroughly recommend this game!

Very enjoyable
An excellent game that my relatives in Australia gave us! It is very well designed and my nine year old son keeps wanting to play it. There are also add-on games (from which the pieces from the main game are used to play) where you can travel all over different countries., We enjoyed the game so much we bought the UK/Pennsylvania one as well!

Another great addition to our collection
Whilst this is the original with the mini train & destination cards (you can tell as it as a red emblem on the box under the right of the title) it is not an issue. We have since purchased the expansion pack with full sized cards. As with all the others we have purchased through various outlets, it is entertaining, our 12 year old loves this and all the others (this is our 14th version including the expansion packs). Teaches planning, decision making and problem solving. It was in great condition and as described.

Lived up to the hype
So fun! All my kids (ages 10–17) greatly enjoy it, and so do we as parents! I love that there are so many ways to be strategic, and a player is less likely to feel defeated throughout much of the game (like with monopoly)...this helps ease tensions when several kids are playing!

Looks are deceiving
This game was recommended my a friend, we thought it looked boring but after a while decided to buy. I couldn't of been more wrong, it's a great strategy game that keeps you wanting more. Even my teen's said they really enjoys it 😊. Easy to set-up. A win win

A great board game for all the family.
I bought this board game for my boyfriend, for Christmas. It's possibly his (and my!) favourite present. It took us about 2 games to figure out what we were doing, but by the third try, we have not stopped playing it! I look forward to trying the expansion and different versions. Highly recommended!

Superb board game
Really great game to play with your family or friends. It's an original edition and all cards are slightly smaller then in other games from the series, but it's not bad. Great fun!
