Gutes Geschäft!
A 2019 edition at a mucho reduced price! Same info, just 52 weeks aged, ya know? I read it the day I got it, but "don't read catalogs and gun mags". It impressed me how much I learned in about 3 hours about "guns". Couldn't put it down without an excuse to grab it back up. I am Southern, so have many more guns than original teeth, but didn't know how grading, refurbing, parts, etc affected certain gun worths. I now have knowledge, therefore sale worth power of my excess stock. Tkx! Scream E

Don't let the pawn shop fool you!
The book is incredibly specific and has a large section of photos to give the "less than expert" an idea of what is considered excellent condition and what isn't. This should be a part of any person planning on buying used guns or a person that is inheriting someones gun collection. Don't let a pawn shop tell you the value!!

BLUE BOOK OF GUNS IS PRETTY GOOD TO HAVE
Very good base line for most guns. It's not the bible, it's just a base for values. I have found a lot of guns that sell for much higher than the books valuation, but it puts you in the ballpark. So I say it's a good book to have.

"Know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em."
The "Blue Book" has been a staple of the industry for decades. Read it thoroughly enough, and long enough, and you too may become knowledgeable about valuations. What they are, what influences value, range of values, what to invest in, and what to avoid. I was ready for my next new issue, and I am happy to have it.
