As you walk, your stepping ability will increase, and you will earn access to additional game scenarios. You can choose to try power walking, unlocking new scenes, adventures, building your city, and running virtual races. You can reverse your sedentary lifestyle in the privacy of your own home as you trim your body with games designed for health benefits.The program gives health tips, like the fact that you will burn more fat with 20-minute high-intensity long walks on three non-consecutive days. For daily exercise, it will alternate these workouts with moderate walking for 30-minute sessions. Adjust your Wii video games settings so you will walk faster and farther as you gain strength and endurance with each step.If you only have a small window of time, you can program a 10-minute stroll. Add stress-busting music, and listen to the program as it uses the Wii controller to suggest that you stand straight and concentrate on taking cleansing breaths. Keep your mind alert by changing directions and songs and diversify your scenery selections. Use a resistant band or weights to shape your arms and burn calories. Your training session can be playtime with this workout program for your Wii.This Wii game by Konami is compatible with Wii U, the Wii Balance Board, and the Wii Dance Dance Revolution Controller. Playstation 3 Motion Controllers enhance your virtual reality exercise experience. The controllers transfer your every move into the game.     Seller was quick to respond with my shipping concerns, while the pairing button on the Xbox didn’t seem to work it was packaged nicely and would’ve still been worth the purchase even if I knew the button was broken as the pairing itself works. I also got the exact Xbox as pictured. For around 400$ it was quite worth it.

    keeps me moving and that's what matters.

    this game is ancient by today's standards but it's truly the only thing that helps me get moving. I know that seems silly but whatever it takes! the graphics are silly by today's standards and the playlist is also 11 years old - i don't care. I've not found another program like it.

    Great Exercise Game!

    Excellent game. This is one of the games that you work out and don't even notice time passing. There are little goals within the game that make it fun and distracting. It has been very easy for me to get my steps in. I wish they had more like this because some day I will finish it.

    Love the Title. Encourages me to Walf Off the cookies I ate.

    this game gets me moving! Trying to find all the rainbow spheres enourages me to keep on. i only wish I could input my own music since I'm a Senior Citizen and have different taste.

    Engaging walk it out

    I played walk the interactive game daily for almost three weeks. I love that it gets you off the couch and moving. Looking for items is engaging and fun. Unfortunately , my kness started hurting so I stopped playing. They don't hurt anymore so I plan to start playing again.
