Perfect for me
I use the video 6 days a week. My favorite is Richard's Stretching to the Classics. I enjoy his books also.

healthy seniors!
As an "older person" I and the other ladies that work out together every other day, do enjoy this DVD and we can pretty much keep up with it. Need to stay fit!

Good quality with no defects
I said "no" to good value only because it's so much more expensive than it used to be back in the 80s, That being said, I'm really glad I found a decent CD with no defects.
