The lock is not lined up so when using the "key", I have to make sure it's angled perfectly or it won't go in. Also, if you have a small wrist, good luck getting a watch with links on the watch winders. My Tudor Royale won't fit on them without having to risk stretching the band or messing up the clasp as it barely closes over one.

Seller had excellent communication and resolved the issue promptly. Geniune Samung product, would highly recommend buying from this seller, great value for money, excellent quality. Fast delivery, recieved my parcel after a couple of days and was packaged safely and securely and arrived in perfect condition. Would highly recommend.

Just be mindful that it may not be the Australian/Global model A2628 (my assumption as seller based in AU) as the one I received was the US model A2481. This is not an issue for me but if you need a specific model you might want to check which one you will receive. Class A+ seller - communication was excellent and seller delivered on all promises. Item arrived in less than a week. Thank you very much.
