I had to pay to get the card, an additional $4.58. I didn't want to take a chance on returning it and having the card get messed up. I contacted the seller first, and he blamed me for paying the balance. If it was a base card, I would've returned it, but it was numbered. Don't blame customers because you didn't put enough postage on it.
