Sometimes items are not shipped or given the wrong item. ITEMS ARE NOT NEW THEY ARE USED. NOT IS NEW IT'S A LIE. Seller stopped contacting me and I had to go through eBay to get a partial refund.

In my experience, they make the effort to respond to questions in a timely manner, package the plastic game pieces well for transit, ship quick and make good on the transaction! I can usually find what I'm looking for from them and have returned to make additional purchases.
