However the advertised picture of the envelope is not what you're actually getting. Not a big deal... It shows a large flap to fold over and the envelope is connected down the middle but in reality the flap is smaller and the envelope is connected down the middle is off to the side. See pics.

They allowed my return and could have chosen not to due to my blunder. I sent 5-6 emails to them and each time they communicated immediately. No waiting 2 days for an answer. The cordless DeWalt tool I purchased was refurbished and looked absolutely brand new with a new manual. I would definitely recommend CPO Outlets!!!!!
