But one has to actually mail the item before you can blame it on the buyer. I won two items after this one from Japan and the other from England, some how my zip code was not an issue for them as I received those items before their’s showed up. The print quality of the item manual was of poor quality, hard to read. Packaging was ok. Sold him the manual printed on a $66,000. professional machine by a huge local printing company from scans of the rare original 70 years ago. Book is very clear.
