New Tricks for good times!
We are retired ourselves, and enjoy this story of 3 retired police officers working to solve cold cases. Good writing and up beat. It's often the show we save for last before going to bed.

Clever cops close unsolved cases with savvy & perseverance
Not your typical police procedural. Characters are engaging and smart and creative, They take on open crimes and, using years of experience & common sense, follow them in unexpected directions often solving crimes no one even knew existed.

New Tricks - Season Four
I was disappointed that the DVD was "ex-library" . The cover and discs marked up. I do not recall seeing this in the description when I purchased it. I have not watched it and am assuming the discs are ok. I prefer not to buy (ex-library).
