Now I wouldn't have known either way since I never had this toy as a kid but they messaged me to let me know it was and they send out another one. (The previous one was very rigid). Thanks for reaching out, that's good customer service. Now that Luke has some reins for his Tauntaun he can go check out a meteorite that hit the ground near here. :)

Winter storms delayed the order and I was speaking with MadeLikeOld weekly and he was aware and willing to work with me if something got lost. Overall, a top notch seller and I'd deal with him again. I'm going to give him 5 stars for description and communication (i'd give higher if I could). But the storm screwed up the shipping.
