Based on facts
It is about time that we Americans realize that our Government works for us (the taxpayer). I have never in my 68 years worked for a company that I was given better benefits than the owner had. Our Senators and Representatives are doing exactly that. No one in America should be without FREE Medical Care. No Child in America should have to pay for a College Education, and no American should go hungry. WAKE UP AMERICA

What are we waiting for?
Michael Moore shows examples of human rights for members of other nations in contrast to the freedoms that we as Americans believe we have. "There is a cost to everything" would be the argument of the naysayers in the U.S. while we are convincing ourselves that better education, free healthcare, free college, no war on drugs, and other issues are brought to light in the documentary are too costly. Well worth a watch if you are not in the top 0.1% or if you really do believe we should feel the Bern. Take away 4 stars if you are ultra conservative or super wealthy

Must See
An amazing movie with a very interesting slant. If you were ever curious about how other industrialized nations deal with their problems, you need to check this out. An eye opener.

What will it take.....
...for the people of this country to wake up? Yes, I have always enjoyed Michael Moore's films but I am frustrated to see how few are willing to put forth the effort to change our disastrous direction. By all means see this film...and remember, It is not just a move!

So much catching up to do
Michael Moore fans will love it, but I hope those not enamored by him will look at it as well. Yes, it has Moore's liberal slant on what he sees in other countries, but the facts (the real facts) speak for themselves. Way too many other countries have policies that benefit the "common person" so much better than we do and it makes any thinking person ask why we don't. From healthy school lunches to paternal leave to debt-free high education, there's so much room for improvement...if only we would.

C'mon US - Smarten up!
This movie revealed just how archaic many American thought processes are. French school kids get gourmet meals at a lower cost and look at Coke like poison while learning about good dietary practices. Reagan considered ketchup a vegetable! The look on the Italian man's face was priceless (a freeze frame moment) when told how much vacation Americans are guaranteed, yet Italy is very productive and the people live la Dolce Vita. Iceland's bankers were jailed after the collapse while American bankers were bailed out by the taxpayers and none prosecuted. The only bank that didn't fail was run by women who were more cautious in their investments. German children were taught their REAL history with all of its warts and moles so it can never be repeated. Americans are taught mythology and leave out the lynchings and BBQ's. So many examples of just how backward the US really is. Citizens of other lands think of themselves as "US" and are proud of their countries and admit their flaws. Americans think of themselves as "ME" and think they are perfect. They will never change what they don't acknowledge. Another good one Michael. We need more of your kind.

What next for Moore?
Considerably different from what I expected. More humor, lightheartedness and fun. Does raise the question as to what has happened in this country that all these ideas used by other countries, are suppressed here? Is hopeful that the young may reclaim them

Excellent film - wish it had another title, the title doesn't do it justice
This is a tremendous film, and suffers from the title. It really is a film about what other countries are doing about things like vacations and feeding kids at school and paying for college and healthcare - not about invading, as in armies. It's entertaining, enlightening, and worth every minute of watching. We enjoyed it, and learned a lot.
