Which was fine but instead of just sending the other colours to fulfill the order they never bothered sending anything. Then when I asked them nearly 2 weeks later what has happened with the order they just say we didn't have the colour you asked for so didn't send anything and ask me would I now like a refund. Red was not avaialble and i had swiftly messaged the buyer. But instead i get a feedback to say why i didnt send out the item. There was no guarantee on buyer receiving red as stated in description to receive mixed coloours. After i told this to buyer there was no reply to say then wanted to proceed with the order. Without any further communicationn from the buyer, 2 weeks later they asked why i didnt send it.
