I mentioned this to the seller and they, without any other information, graciously refunded the entire purchase. Afterward, I was able to slowly use scissors to remove the logo entirely. They're fairly feminine hats, moreso than I felt the pictures indicated, and the gloves are for smaller handed people, so I had to gift them. I'd still recommend this seller, though!
