My only complaint is that the seller shipped it in a thin bubble mailer with only 1 sheet of bubble wrap wrapped around it. No fragile labels either on the bubble mailer. I am beyond surprised that it was not broken or anything when I received it. Would definitely recommend this seller ships their items with more protection.

Power supply arrived in a timely manner slightly ahead of the original schedule. Was packed well for both the shipping package and bubble wrap around the power supply. However, one big turn off for me was the fact the package reeked of cigar/cigarettes as did the power supply. While it was clean inside and out it was still a strong unpleasant odor I would have liked to avoid
