Updates without notificationj
This is still called the 3rd Edition, but contains IMPORTANT changes from earlier copies! Specifically it advises that dates of birth and death do not have to be memorised. As the Test questions can be on any aspect of the book, this is welcome amendment - however, this is NOT mentioned on the Life in UK website or UKBA websites. It really should be called the 4th Edition to avoid confusion. Don't use earlier books for study. Also query whether the information about the EU is relevant any longer, or does it still have to be learned as it is in the book. Official Book
There are a number of books available that claim to provide the content which should be studied to pass the residency test. From my research this is the official book and the 3rd edition/2018 is the latest version at the time of writing this review. Glaring mistakes on the first few pages
The home office appear to not know the rules for being British or what rights those with indefinite leave to remain but not citizenship have. This is their third attempt. How can it be so bad! The official guide

Practical Guide is not enough
I bought two books to prepare for my exam. It is easy to read and questions with answers and explanations are OK. But you should be aware that Practical Guide is NOT ENOUGH, it contains only a part of information, it says almost nothing about the UK history, famous people and Religion, which is a half of final test questions. Good summary of the UK
I thought I knew quite a bit about the UK, but I learned quite a lot from reading this book. Obviously, it covers several topics and does not go in depth on a given topic. But, if you are interested, you could always explore a topic in greater detail from other sources. Truly the only books you need
All questions in the Life in the UK Test are taken from this book. You MUST read it and study it! I also recommend the TSO practice test app, which is £4. I studied this book for 2 weeks and passed on the first try.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
