Not sure this is a genuine Plantronics headset - I have one already which definitely is. The item is brand new & definitely 100% Plantronics sent in original packaging so not sure what the buyer is referring to, maybe different design. Item was not damaged when dispatched as all items are checked before dispatch

Re-arranged postage and received promptly. Extra postage costs incurred to me, another £4+ however a further item purchased was included in the final parcel so everything turned out okay in the end.
