Just don’t expect any friendliness here. And don’t expect a soft cashmere throw for $150. He told me I should have purchased a 100% cashmere throw if I wanted soft. He must have been trying to win me over with that comment. Unable to return the item due to her own fault, she resulted to the only thing she could by leaving me a negative feedback.
