I guess the seller ships every order once a week, so you may have to wait a little for your order to be dispatched but as soon as it got dispatched shipping information and tracking was readily available. For Switzerland I had to pay importation duties. Great experience overall though, would buy again from this seller.

I sent messages but never received any replies, which at times made me worried and even consider canceling the order.
