The screen is scratched in several places, and it's clearly a well used phone. It was shipped in a jiffy bag with a single layer of additional bubble wrapped. Zero customer service - basically told that I can go fish for any sort of partial refund, knowing that sending it back is going to cost me time and effort that really isn't worth it over £20.
