    One of the best Christmas stories

    This is the original Edition it have some extras with it and it has very very good quality not on cheap offshoot or something better very good quality

    Good Grief, only a blockhead wouldn't like this!

    I can only say that this film is a major classic even though it is brief in length. I especially like Charles Schultz's courage to include the Luke 2 real Christmas story even though he was pressured to drop it. It has all of the simple genius of Schultz along with a story that will entertain adults and children. Having lived in the same town as Schultz in California, I had occasion to meet him and see him around. I know that he had a real concern that his characters and stories do more than make money. He tried to include things that would uplift and inspire as well as entertain. This is another example of that.

    Timeless and Beautiful!

    A timeless classic that was aired on network television every year since 1964. The decision to leave in Linus’s short oration of the true meaning of Christmas has so far been left in tact. Yes, Apple+ has it, but now only a small fraction who pay can hear those timeless, and accurate words…words that NEED to be heard during every Christmas Holiday. I bought the DVD and will make sure it is shared in our family for years to come. Merry Christmas!!

    The Classic--and a Little More

    This 50th Anniversary DVD has a slip cover around the case. The DVD features, as explained on the reverse side, include some 'behind the scenes' that Peanuts fans can enjoy. Personally, just having a clear, non-commercial version of the classic Christmas show was enough for me!
