I paid $230 tariff on the ring because the seller told me that I would be able to get the tariff back if I wanted to return the ring. When I receive the ring the ring is at most a size 7, and is useless. Now I wasn’t followed by the DHL that there is no way to get a tariff back when I return an item. Being Marco Bicego an Italian brand and also being our jewelry based in Italy, this is the first time we hear such a complain. It is only logical we use the Italian size in our listings. No US customer ever reported it before, yet we sold many rings overseas. You could ask for a duty drawback to the US customs duty office through the Automated Broker Interface since you are returning the rings. You will get the refund.

Last but not least, bracelets from Marco Bicego may come with a few different stones from their catalogue pictures, but we accepted the return anyway. Your feedback is unfair.
