Just one observation, the holder has a shoulder, I guess for added strength, that prevents the chuck from screwing right to the end; this is not a problem for smaller chucks and face plates, however, for larger chucks (my Axminster is over 3.5Kg)and I feel it would benefit from a longer thread.
