You can tell they are hand painted as some lumps and blotches are observed on a not so smooth surface but you get what you pay for.

I messaged the company and they automatically apologised for that from the delivery company. They sent out a brand new plate to replace it. Good value for money. Quality is good appearance exactly the same as shown.
