I was advised by my physio to strengthen the muscles in my wrist to help improve my movement in the wrist and thumb. I use this set to exercise twice a day and after a couple of weeks I've noticed a big difference. I can now carry a decent amount of weight in that hand. I can also twist things now. Unscrew tops and wring out cloths.
