I did have trouble getting it to run. I tried on a Windows 11 desktop without any success, I switched to a Windows 10 Notebook and got the software to run but it wouldn't communicate with the printer. The things I was missing were switching off the printer's wireless and turning off the computer's firewall. Finally succeeded and I will be able to use it again.

I messaged the seller to ask if he could send an alternative which i was happy to pay for, as the free download on their website wouldn't work. Seller sent a link for the software, which worked. Took about 10 minutes for me to get my printer up and running again. Very low cost product, very simple to use, very good service all around.
