Great tool to start a diet
These shakes really work. I know you aren’t supposed to use them as Between meal snacks but I used them as meal replacement twice a day for 3 days just to kick start a diet and immediately lost 5 pounds!

Delicious Turbo Shakes Work Best in NutriSystem Diet Plan
