It doesn't heat the water to a very hot temperature. I'm probably going to file a warranty claim, if it doesn't improve. I don't blame the seller for this issue.

Fine So Far
The design and efficiency of this product line are fine for a limited supply of instant hot water. For as long as the heating element works. This is our 5th unit of this type (though this is the model 150 with which I've only had a couple weeks' experience). Seems fine so far. All the others were model 100. Prior heaters have shorted out their heating element +/- one year. (No problem with our electrical circuit.) Company has replaced or the optional extended warranty (which I started buying) has replaced, several of them. Thus, I've decided it's easier to keep replacing the tank (easy DIY) than to install a different brand or to invest in a more expensive, albeit longer warranty model. I am still using the very first faucet and its plumbing. I just have a collection of new and unused ... What I expected but.........
Heats up well installation was easy and is what I expected in a coffee ready hot water dispenser ..How ever I find it loud when cycling the water to maintain heated temperature ... I used a bunn coffee maker which was similar in that it maintained hot water and pushed that from the maker when new water was added, this was never as loud as this item.........sounds as loud as the dishwasher at times but is operating normally....I think an engineered redesign is necessary for this product before someone else creates a quieter product. Tank Failure
I bought this item to simply get a new tank - did not use the faucet. The tank for this product only lasts about five years because they do not use a quality gasket at the top. This is the second tank I have had to replace over a ten year period. I kept the old tank and will make a new gasket for it because my experience has taught e that the gasket will fail in about five years. The manufacturer does not sell parts to repair the tank probably because it is manufactured in China - shame on them. An instant hot water appliance is a very convenient kitchen appliance.I bought this item to simply get a new tank - did not use the faucet. The tank for this product only lasts about five years because they do not use a quality gasket at the top. This is the second tank I have had to replace over a ten year period. Great price
The price of $150 was excellent and the shipping was very quick. The overall view is very well. The faucet fixture is easy to operate. The installation of the fixture and the tank is simple. I noticed that the sound of the unit under the sink is a bit loud when it is bringing the water up to temperature. Other than that, no issues and I am considering purchasing another for my vacation home.

Great for instant very hot water , compact, takes up little space under sink BUT Not a long lived item , stops working after warranty period expires. Keep replacing it though because of its size & wife likes the instant hot water.
