    A ver good piece of mobile phone car dashboard mount holder

    This is a very nice piece of mobile phone car dashboard mount holder. I gave 4 stars because the bottom two movable pegs are easily broken. The two side arms that tightly grab the mobile phone can effortlessly squeeze to close and press to release are my favorite. The mount can rotate to different angles is also very nice, well thought design, and sturdy.

    Good value for the price.

    The real problem I have with it is that the part that holds the phone just hooks onto the arm, and isn't properly fastened, it's held in place by gravity. It constantly falls off, and the phone hits my windshield wiper control and turns them on. It's very distracting, and therefore highly dangerous. I have it fastened with double sided tape to prevent this, but it's a poor design. Another annoyance is the button release is convenient in concept, but the button is not in an ergonomic position, and you have to feel around behind the phone to actuate it. The material is pretty cheap plastic, so I have doubts as to the durability of the unit in the hot sun. Having said that, the suction cup is strong, and once you fix down the head with glue or double sided tape it works pretty ...

    Lightweight plastic,works well

    Really stuck well to dashboard.The parts are light plastic but it works well. It has a button quick release to add or remove phone. Had to superglue the phone holder piece to the arm because it is designed to come off. I prefer it to be attached. Good value.

    Poor design and quality

    Overall poor design and quality. The back plate holding the phone is loosely engaged with the arm. It goes with phone when you try to pull out the phone, and you then have to put the plate back. In addition, the bottom pieces have flat design, doesn’t help the hold the bottom of the phone in place well. The phone can easily slip out whenever the car is accelerated forward.
