The TV remote control does not include batteries, but that is of course not a problem, but I think this information can be added to the description.Other than that I recommend this product 👍

I needn't have worried as I just had to put the batteries and it worked perfectly. It's a shame that the problem with my previous remote was just the on/off button which ceased to function whereas the rest of the buttons were working perfectly. Perhaps an option for places where it can be repaired maybe??

Arrived on date stipulated but supprised to find control in a plastic sleeve with in a plastic envelope. would have thought it should have been in a padded envelope so it did not get damaged. He responded very quickly and apologised and said he'll send another out immediately. He was true to his word, it arrived two days later, a brand new Genuine Phillips adjuster. Thank you very much for your speed resolving this small issue, you are a credit to Ebay.
