    I was sent the wrong item but the seller was honest and open about what happened. They organised a reply-paid return label and a prompt full refund (the item I purchased had been sent to another buyer and was out of stock). Mistakes can happen to anyone - the measure is how they're put right. In this case, it was handled perfectly, with great communication, hence the five-star review.     Well designed

    I was happy enough with my strap that came with the camera until I used the peak design strap. It's so much comfier, feels more secure, easy to adjust and remove. It's just an upgrade in every way and is now an essential part of my kit.

    Peak Design V3

    Purchased this strap as I began using my tripod more and more and the camera strap always got in the way, read enough reviews on this strap to buy it and try it. Very pleased with the ease of use, it’s very easy to disconnect from the camera and it is made very well. Haven’t had it too long but I’m sure it’s quality will ensure long life. Also pleased to see further accessories available. I would highly recommend this strap to anyone who values quality build and design, well worth the money considering comfort, ease of use, quality. Great product and value to accompany your camera and glass

    Comfortable & high quality camera strap

    The Peak Design slide camera strap is a high quality strap that provides a comfortable distribution of the camera weight due to the width of the strap, the material is high quality & just adds to the comfort of wearing it. The slide element of the design is a significant selling point for this product, the ability to quickly remove the strap from the camera or swap straps (I've also purchased the PD wrist strap) is great, with the anchors retaining a small footprint they don't encumber your use of the camera when no strap is attached. All around it's a fantastic product that I have & will continue to recommend to fellow photographers

    No more neck ache

    So glad I brought this strap, it is so easy to use and adjust but the main thing for me is it takes away all the fatigue of carrying a heavy lens around all day. It is very easy to use and adjust and it looks a bit classier than the strap that comes with your camera.

    Good but even better after some mods

    The strap works well with extending quickly and easily and gives you the options of attaching to multiple points around the camera. I also use a hand grip and have a quick release tripod mount on the camera as well. It works well with the Spyder Pro hand grip, but fouled the Manfrotto quick release plate. I ended up drilling extra holes the release plate to get it to work. It now suits all my needs.
