I’m finding it hard to keep the pole extended and keeps collapsing when extended. I know it was not expensive in comparison to other pruners but I’m disappointed with my purchase. There was no instructions of how to assemble the item , only 2 photos which weren’t detailed.

Unfortunately let down a bit by the courier (Yodel) who did not deliver as shown on their tracking site. I stayed home and followed tracking to within 1 stop away and then tracking showed as unable to deliver! They delivered the following day.
