    These are very sturdy feeders and, even though more expensive than when i bought my first one, are well worth it as they should last the lifetime of my finches. The plexiglas is quite thick and much better than others of the same design. Shipped immediately and well protected.

    Great feeder

    This feeder does what it days:keeps the food from scattering everywhere. The plastic is strong, I brought it outside to dump out the old seeds and dropped it-it hit a tree and then concrete. I thought for sure that I'd be buying another but all it got was a few scuffs! A little toothbrush and some rubbing and it was good as new! My 4 parakeets were using it within a day. It fit my cage perfectly. Cleaning it out isn't too bad and refilling the food is easy. Definitely keeps the cage and my floors so much cleaner than conventional food trays. Great product!!

    Good so far...

    The product is built well and does keep the food inside it. I do worry about the birds getting adventurous and trying to escape but I doubt smaller birds will be able to lift it. The two negatives are that it is difficult to clean and my birds are scared to used it. Because of that I will probably end up mostly just rinsing it and washing it as needed. With time and seed as bait my birds have started to try it out. I hope given more time they will learn to use it as their regular dish.

    happy budgies

    my budgies love this - I have two and they sit side by side in it to eat or just stare at me on my desk while I work at my desk top...and my desk is much cleaner because of it. my only suggestion would be to sell the mid divider a bit better so that moisture and food don't clump in it when cleaning....but really....I love it and more importantly my fluff balls do.

    preaty and fulfills a need

    sence it can be hung either inside or outside the cage-meets many needs. my birds seem to like them, and it is easy to view the level of food left and also it keeps lovebrds from playing in their food and then spreading it on the floor of the cage

    No more millet seed!!

    This is amazing! It took awhile for my birdies to get use to it. The small is still kind of big but I made it work in my cage. This thing is a life saver since I hate sweeping up seed 2x a day. Highly recommend.
