worked on my Raleigh Eclipse CX - 700c bike from 1990s

Quality control missed this one?
There was a sizeable spur on on of the prongs, don't know why this wasn't sent back for machining before packaging. I had to file it down to fit my freewheel. It worked fine but I thought Park was one of the best bike tool makers. This is my second Park purchase, and I will be looking into other tool makers. It was wrong part look like right part too small.
