    Hace unos años les compré un repuesto y quede muy contento, hoy nuevamente les compre otra ecu y por premura mía y que debían traerla hasta costa rica, ellos de manera unilateral cubrieron el costo del envío, llegando el repuesto a Miami en 3 días. No solo llegó muy rápido, sino el gesto de enviarlo de inmediato a sabiendas de que me urgía que llegara, eso dice mucho de vendedor, no solo realizar la venta sino de ayudar al comprador.     I don't normally give ratings because you can't change them if the part later breaks, and second hand parts are just second hand parts, but I give this company 5 stars for dealing with a technical issue professionally and quickly, for offering a full refund if the parts don't work and for posting by expedited post without my asking and at their own expense to speed the process up. This is the kind of excellent service you don't normally find on eBay, and a 5 star rating should reflect that.
