    Great pumps, but one downside.

    So this citrulline has been the staple to my gym pumps. I look pretty crazy when the veins are all out. Even at a 230lb frame, this makes my veins stand out a LOT. But the one downside is this tastes absolutely horrible. It’s like the smell of fish and sour. It’s pretty gross. I take my supplements raw w a chaser of a splash of water. This makes my breath smell like complete a$$ even when I just got finished brushing my teeth. Don’t get me started on if I hadn’t brushed my teeth beforehand. I thought it was enough to reduce a star. However, I’m not that phased by it now and I try to get it down ASAP. It is just really sour. Other than that. It works!

    Awesome, under-appreciated product, at a great price!

    As an endurance athlete, I look for supplements that help to break through plateaus and help me reach my highest physiological capacity. It acts as a lactic acid buffer, and helps to remove excess ammonia and waste from the body, translating to a noticeable increase in endurance and a feeling of well-being while exercising. Though almost every top-selling pre-workout supplement on the market contains this ingredient, it is shamefully under dosed, or listed among an assortment of several other ingredients as within a throw-it-all-in proprietary blend. I highly recommend taking 3g-6g of Citrulline Mallate for its intended effects (I take 3g before exercise and another 3g during).     Great Value, Great Product

    I was really surprised by how well citrulline works during my workouts. I'm not a heavy lifter but any means, but I can notice a big difference between taking it and not taking it. Muscle soreness is a thing of the past for me. will I buy citrulline again? YES! most likely will buy nutricost since I know it works and the price is a great value.

    Works...

    ... or so I think. Will take a little longer than a few days to tell. Product is pretty sour tasting but easy to get used to. I'm 77 and I do think it helps with the workouts.

    Brilliant Item

    The pumps on this are unreal. You feel godly in the gym. Vascularity is on the next level. Only reason for 4 stars is that it did not have as many servings said on box.
