Der Einband weist nur sehr geringfügige Beschädigungen auf, wie z.B. kleinere Schrammen, er hat aber weder Löcher, noch ist er eingerissen. Bei gebundenen Büchern ist der Schutzumschlag möglicherweise nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Bindung weist geringfügige Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Mehrzahl der Seiten ist unbeschädigt, das heißt, es gibt kaum Knitter oder Einrisse, es wurden nur in geringem Maße Bleistiftunterstreichungen im Text vorgenommen, es gibt keine Textmarkierungen und die Randbereiche sind nicht beschrieben.     Save some cash, exactly the same as new additions in many places.

    Skip the newer additions and save some cash. The only main changes between this book and the 9th edition (which my professor uses) is in graphic design and formatting. I bought the book and took it to the college library and spent a good hour comparing graphs and study questions at the end of the chapters. About the only place I could see a "new and improved" was in a discussion of touch screen thermostats which weren't in production when the 8th addition was published. I have not seen the 10th addition, but would guess this would be similar also as not much has changed in the industry. The colleges heat pump textbook is the 2001 addition. I could not find an instance where the questions were not verbatim the same. I looked at about 8 of the 18 chapters. Now the page numbers won't match ...
