I was particularly impressed about how well packaged the brushes were. Carbon brushes can be quite fragile (ever broke the tip of a pencil?). The carbon part was inserted deep into the holder, wrapped, and taped to ensure that they won't break during shipping. All that was in a bubble wrap envelope. Many thanks.
