The two latches have to each be unlatched separately to open the the box. So you have to release the latch on the drivers side then walk to the other side of the truck then release that latch for the top to open. The seller also said there would be instructions on how to fasten the box to the truck provided by the manufacter however none were. I wouldn’t keep this box if it were free. Going in the TRASH.
