I did contact the seller we went back-and-forth on many many emails kept trying to tell me to send it back. That’s not the problem. The problem is he advertised a brother walking foot and sent me the generic walking foot. he or she doesn’t seem to think that this is false advertisement. We tried working with customer as we do all of our customers.
