    Very very satisfied with the seller. It practically looks brand new. Battery health at 86% exactly as described when I asked them on chat. Postage was fast, packaging was great. Exactly as described and I’d say even better than described. Cuz like, they said there are minor scratches on the back… you’d need a microscope for those. I just wish they’d be more responsive on chat but still, amazing value. 150£ for a thinkpad t14s looking nearly brand new is absurd. Thanks guys!

    Lightweight, stylish, instinctive Samsung set up

    Upgraded from a Samsung J5 as I'd run out of memory, other than that the 3year old J5 was fine. Slightly different set up with the A40 but just a matter of getting used to it. No huge difference in physical size, maybe a little slimmer and lighter. The biggest criticism I have though is that everyone (Samsung, Google, etc.) assume you're just going to accept default settings of letting them see everything you do on your phone (contacts, location, what's on the SIM, what's on the memory card, etc.) - it's a pain in the rear to have to keep checking settings and ensure all my information is safe from prying eyes!!!!

    Good value, reasonable features.

    Refurbished, but looks new. Easy to set up and so far has good battery life. Replaced a Samsung Galaxy S9, not as many bells and whistles, but a lot cheaper.

    Light compact and easy to use.

    Been using Sony mobiles for years but fancied a change. Didn't take too long to get used to and lighter than my equivalent sized Sony. Only downside was the lack of English instructions (minimal instructions in Italian). Looks good too.

    Good sized phone with plenty to offer

    Love the feel of the phone and pleased with size as so many phones these days are simply huge. Photos seem very good with loads of options available eg blurring of backgrounds. Battery life not amazing as I'm getting something over 2 days (I am a light user) but I suspect there are loads of preinstalled apps draining juice. Well pleased overall.

    Excellent mid-range phone.

    It may be a year old but the Galaxy A40 is every bit as good as its successor (Galaxy A41, which my wife has) for my needs. It takes decent pictures, loads web pages quickly, has latest version of Android and has a super display. Oh and its light and nice and comfy for small hands. Why pay £1k for a phone to take pictures of your breakfast? Professional reviewers go into rhapsodies over incremental improvements which most users will never notice. For those who like to show off their latest tech and have the cash to do so, good luck - the mid-range suits me just fine. I paid a modest price for a used phone which is indistinguishable from new, so very pleased. GrumpyGramps.
