It was a better option than the local Jeep or car audio installation service.     Wow, I'm thoroughly Impressed! I shipped my OEM Ford F150 Radio in, got a call to explain what was wrong and needed fixed, agreed on the very fair price, and a few days later it's at my doorstep wrapped up perfectly. I was like a kid at Christmas unpacking this thing! I installed it back turned on, and BOOM I was back in business.     extremely highly recommended service

    You may be hesitant to try this service as i was at first.This is the best possible option for anybody who has a non working chrysler product radio. I had the radio back and working perfect in less than a week from the day i mailed it from MI to PA. Very very good and very very fast service . I highly recommend this service. Just look at other feedbacks also. 100 % happy people every time

    Pricey, but it works again

    I had to modify the antenna connector to get it to work, but no biggy. I think their advertising leads a lot to be desired, it's rather misleading. I originally thought I could by a reconditioned radio for that price only to find that, no, it was only to repair what I had. Had I known that was available to begin with, I would have sent my original radio in for repair instead of buying a used one that had the SAME problem, thus costing me TWICE as much. I wish they had advertised REPAIR right off the bat and I wouldn't have been looking for a replacement radio.

    2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Radio Repair

    I sent the radio in according to instructions. They repaired it quickly as promised. Return shipping was quick. The radio works perfectly. Don’t waste your time buying other radios where the dash has to be cut. If you have having problems with your unit, ship it to these guys. Great price, quick turn around. I highly recommend their services.
